Batch System Implementation

Description:
Implemented a batching process using an Allen-Bradley CompactLogix based control system, Wonderware Archestra HMI platform, and Wonderware Batch to produce iron supplements. Developed and executed the Computer System Validation testing package, as well as, supported all startup activities including control panel checkouts, instrumentation loop checks, and equipment qualification.
